Conditions

Order

- Find the relevant product category.

- Click on the desired item.

- Click on the "Add to basket" button.

- If necessary, select multiple items in the same way by clicking another item - etc., etc.

- Make sure the list contains the right items. You can delete an item with the "Remove" button or add more in the "Number" field and then press "Update".

- Complete your address information. Fields marked with * are mandatory. Remember to provide shipping address if it is not the same as the billing address. If you do not have an email address, just write: no@altermed.dk - press save my information.

- Enter any. Comment (Must be placed in the fire shed, carport - etc)

- Choose payment solution.

- Then press "Pay Now"


Payment

Payment cards

You can pay with Dankort, VISA / Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and JCB. Read if necessary. more about security and payment with these cards at www.betaling.dk.

Although the payment is approved by the card issuer when you complete your internet order, we will first deduct the amount from your account when the goods are registered as shipped. Here you will receive an email confirming that your goods have been shipped and that we at the same time draw the agreed amount.

Freight

We usually ship your order directly to the door within 1-3 working days.

We will ship your order from our warehouse 2-3 times weekly, usually Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for delivery with you the following day (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday).

If your order is not in stock, you will be notified by email. phone or mail as soon as possible. Here we will tell you about alternative options (eg other colors in stock) or expected delivery time.

GLS

The product is usually delivered with GLS at the delivery address between 9.00 and 10.00. 8.00 and 17.00. There must be someone to receive and sign for the item. If you cannot be at home on the day of reception, the item can be placed in an outhouse / garage / carport etc. against your prior consent.

If you want this you need to put a note on the front door with eg. the following text or similar:

If no one at home on delivery, please put the package (specify where the package can be placed).

Or you can get the item delivered at another delivery address (eg workplace, neighbor, parcel shop, works as a post office, etc.) where there is the possibility of reception (remember to give this up under address information in the order).

• 2 - 5 kg = 75.00 Kr.

• 5 - 10 kg = 100.00 Kr.

• 10 - 20 kg = 200.00 Kr.

• 20 - 30 kg = 250.00 Kr.

• 30 - 60 kg = 460.00 Kr.

Danish Freighters

We send all our stationary bricks and electric bricks with Danish Freightmen. We will only send your order for these products according to agreement with you. Just finish your order - then we will contact you by phone afterwards.

Cancellation

As a consumer, you have 30 days of right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation deadline expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline will run from the day you receive the last item.

If the order consists of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive the last lot or the last part.

The deadline implies that you have 30 days from receipt to let us know that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to info@altermed.dk or use the standard withdrawal form that you find at the bottom of the trading terms.

You cannot undo the purchase by refusing to receive the item without giving us notice at the same time.

Return

Once you have informed us that you will cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

You will have to pay for the package to be returned, and you will be liable if any damage occurs during transportation. Some items cannot be returned by normal mail. This applies, for example, to electric massage chips

The cost of returning these goods is expected to cost a maximum of DKK 800-1000. Contact us for a final agreement.

No right of withdrawal

These agreements cannot be undone:

Delivery of goods made to your specifications or given a distinct personal touch, and delivery of goods which may be deemed to be deteriorated or outdated quickly and the supply of sealed goods which are unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons to be returned and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

The item's condition when you return it

If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it differently than was necessary to determine the nature of the product, its properties and the way it works, you can only get a portion of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the merchandise's commercial value, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the freight back.

We recommend that you return the product in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may result in an impairment of the item.

Repayment of purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount that you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different delivery form than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you will cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money with the same payment method that you used at the time of the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we have received the goods, unless you send us documentation to have returned it.

Right of withdrawal in business purchases

The following conditions apply to business purchases: 8 days' right of withdrawal is offered to traders. The deadline implies that you have 8 days from receipt of the item to let us know that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to info@altermed.dk

Warranty

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Buying Act apply to the purchase of goods.

This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, money back or a discounted price, depending on the specific situation.

You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you advertise within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) freight costs. The product must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

Warranty in business purchases

When you shop with us as a trader, you are offered a 3 month warranty.

Privacy Policy

We need the following information when shopping with us:

Name, address, telephone number and mail

We record and pass on the personal information necessary to deliver the item to you.

The personal information is registered with Altermed Wellness v / Jesper Ahrendt Boel and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

The data manager at vikingposten.dk is Altermed Wellness v / Jesper Ahrendt Boel.

You have the right to know what information we are dealing with about you.

If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are required to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we should use it. You can also contact us if you believe your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at: info@altermed.dk.

Appeals

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact Jesper at info@altermed.dk. If we fail to find a solution, please send a complaint to:
